CRBC's Subject Wins the First Prize of National Transportation Enterprise Management Modern Innovation Achievement Award
Several days ago, China Association of Communication Enterprise Management (CACEM) announced the winners of 2014 National Transportation Enterprise Management Modern Innovation Achievement Award, and CRBC's management innovation achievement Construction of Localized Management System of Overseas Employees of International Engineering Companies won the first prize. Shen Zhan - CRBC deputy Party secretary, secretary of discipline inspection commission and president of Labor Union, on behalf of the Company, attended the commendation conference and made an enterprise innovation experience exchange report titled "Create New Managment Thinking, Enhance the Management Level -- Seek Greater Development under the Economic New Normal".

This Enterprise Management Modern Innovation Achievement selection activity was organized by CACEM; through the examination and approval of CACEM and Transportation Industry Excellent Enterprise Management Achievement Review Committee, 143 achievements won the first prize, the second prize and the third prize, respectively.
The management innovation achievement Construction of Localized Management System of Overseas Employees of International Engineering Companies was chiefly created by CRBC Chairman Wen Gang, Party Secretary Zhang Jianchu and President Lu Shan; and Secretary Shen Zhan also participated in the creation. Based on the practice of localized management of overseas employees of the Company in the past years, it systematically stated the construction of the Company's localized management system of overseas employees and the specific measures for localized management, conveyed the management idea how an enterprise realize the sustainable development of the enterprise through "human orientation, win-win of labor and capital".
The winning of this award is a full affirmation of the Company's achievement in the localized management of overseas employees in the past years and also the specific embodiment of the Company's management innovation and management soft strength improvement. It will play a great promoting role in output of the Company's management experience, building of enterprise culture and extension of brand value.
