Vice Minister Qian Keming of Commerce Inspect Friendship Harbour Project Constructed by CRBC during His Visit to Mauritania

From March 22 to March 24, CRBC Vice President Wang Lijun inspected Mauritania Office and participated in relevant activities of the delegation led by Vice Minister Qian Keming in Mauritania.

At the Chinese Enterprise Symposium and China-Mauritania Joint Economic and Trade Committee Meeting held on March 23, the governments of China and Mauritania paid much attention to the Capital Fishing Port and Fishery Industrial Park Project CRBC was tracking and promoting, and listed this project as a key project to which both countries gave top priority. Capital Fishing Port and Fishery Industrial Park Project closely conforms to the ten cooperation plans at the Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and it will effectively promote the development of industrialization and fishery modernization of Mauritania, improve the employment and investment environment, further expand the bilateral cooperation fields and realize the benign and rolling economic and social development.

On March 24, the delegation led by Vice Minister Qian Keming inspected Friendship Harbour No.4 and No.5 Berth Project, spoke highly of CRBC’s long-term contributions to the bilateral cooperation and friendship between China and Mauritania, and encouraged CRBC to further explore the market potential of Mauritania, seize the opportunity and practice the Capital Fishing Port and Fishery Industrial Park Project early to add a new highlight to the implementation of ten cooperation plans at the Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.
