President Fang Qiuchen of CHINCA Visits Tanzania

From August 29 to September 1, a delegation led by President Fang Qiucheng of China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) visited Tanzania, investigating the development of Chinese engineering constructors in Tanzania.

When talking with the representatives of Chinese enterprises, since CRBC is the president unit of Association of Chinese Contractors in Tanzania, the responsible person of its Tanzania Office reported the relevant situation of the Association in project coordination, maintaining market order and carrying out the public diplomacy in a planned way under the guidance of the embassy to President Fang Qiuchen. His Excellency Lin Zhiyong - Chinese economic and commercial representative to Tanzania introduced the situation where the Economic and Commercial Division, together with the Association of Chinese Contractors in Tanzania, constantly improved the scientific management and coordination mechanism of the Association, strengthened the overseas Party building work of the Chinese enterprises and helped the enterprise to conduct market development. President Fang Qiuchen spoke highly of and affirmed the work of the Economic and Commercial Division and the Association of Chinese Contractors in Tanzania, and conducted a survey on the problems in front of the Chinese engineering contractors and the future development plan and gave guidance.

During this period, President Fang Qiuchen called on his Excellency Zhang Biao - Chinese Charge d'Affaires ad Interim to Tanzania and Gerson Lwenge - Vice Minister of Engineering of Tanzania; and they had a discussion on further strengthening the cooperation in the infrastructure construction field between China and Tanzania under the "One Belt and One Road" and "China-Africa Productivity Cooperation" initiatives.
