CCCC Chairman Liu Qitao Meets with Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs of Indonesia and Chairman of Indonesia Investment Board

On May 16, CCCC Chairman Liu Qitao met with a delegation led by his Excellency Ruhut- Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs of Indonesia and his Excellency Thomas- Chairman of Indonesia Investment Board who came to visit China in CCCC Building. Both parties exchanged in-depth views with each other on the business cooperation in Indonesia markets. CRBC Vice President Li Gang was also present.

His Excellency Coordinating Minister Ruhut and Chairman Thomas- Chairman both spoke highly of the contribution made by CCCC for the infrastructure construction in Indonesia, especially the Surabaya-Madura Strait-crossing Bridge undertaken by CRBC, a model project for the cooperation of China and Indonesia, and fully recognized the progress of projects under construction. He noted that, CCCC is warmly welcomed to extensively participate in infrastructure construction and investment projects in Indonesia, and to actively cooperate with local enterprises to jointly promote the priority projects concerned by the government of Indonesia.

CCCC Chairman Liu Qitao noted that, CCCC and its subordinate companies CRBC, CHEC and ZPMC have developed in Indonesia markets for years, and have established extensive cooperation with local enterprises in such fields as infrastructure, real estate development and industrial park. Located in a unique and important location, Indonesia is an important country along the “Belt and Road” with promising marketing prospects, and CCCC is willing to continue to enhance the cooperation with the government of Indonesia to launch more priority projects.
