Introduction
Founded in 1985, CRBC Madagascar Office established SMATP in cooperation with the Government of Madagascar, which is jointly managed by China and Madagascar. So far, CRBC has set two brands of CRBC Madagascar Office and SMATP in Madagascar.
Over the past 30 years, CRBC Madagascar Office and SMATP have undertaken over 200 projects in Madagascar, which cover the construction of road, bridge, port, municipal facilities and other infrastructures. These projects include national highway No.1, No.2, No.3, No.4, No.5, No.11, No.35, No.43 and No.44, Independence Avenue in Tananarive, as well as the municipal roads, bridges, ports and other projects in such major cities as Tamatave, Saint Mary, Antsirabe and Mahajanga.
In recent years, CRBC Madagascar Office comprehensively implements the overall strategy of “Great CCCC in Five Aspects”, fully utilizes the resource advantages of CRBC as an international contractor, proactively explores the diversified operation, actively participates in the investment, construction and operation of profitable infrastructures, industrial parks and real estate projects by means of integration of construction and operation, self-raised fund and PPP on the basis of EPC, enhances the traditional advantage, and promotes the further upgrade and transformation of the Office with a goal to comprehensively build a world leading enterprise with international competitiveness in strict accordance with the Belt and Road Initiative.
