CRBC Holds 2016 Spring Festival Party with Overseas Staff's Family Members
On the morning of January 16, CRBC held 2016 Spring Festival Party with the overseas staff's family members. Leaders of the Company, representatives of various departments and more than 160 family members of overseas staff in Beijing gathered to celebrate the Spring Festival.
At the beginning of the party, President Lu Shan, on behalf of CRBC, extended his Spring Festival greetings to the family members of all the overseas staff and expressed his thanks to them for their long-term support. He stated that the operating performance of CRBC realized a new leap in 2015, that the completion of contract volume, business volume and profit amount was exciting and that CRBC's economic benefit ranked the first in the Group for six consecutive years. The achievements did not only benefit from the efforts of CRBC staff in foreign countries, but also from the great support and selfless devotion of the family members of all the overseas staff.
After that, Ms. Xie Dong, the representative of the family members of all the overseas staff gave a speech on behalf of the family members. She expressed her thanks to CRBC for its setting up a broad development platform for the employees, and showed her understanding and support for CRBC's work. Besides, she said she would do well the work of "family member back-up group" as always, so that the overseas staff could make more contribution to CRBC's development.
After the encouraging and comforting speech by Mr. Lu and Ms, Xie Dong, the Spring Festival Party started with the beautiful dance of professional actors. The performances did not only include the songs, dances and magic from the professional actors, but also included the accordion solo and Mongolian dance performed by the employees of the Human Resources Department and also the interactive section in which the children of the overseas staff participated. During the performance, the scene was filled with applause and laughter. And the lucky draws between the performances pushed the atmosphere to the climax; Chairman Wen Gang drew and awarded the first prize, and took a group photo with the family members. At the party, the most moving scene was the video interactions with the staff of overseas offices on the spot. The dialogue between a father and his son made the mother's eyes filled with tears; the encouragement and affection moved all the audience.
