His Excellency Rao Hongwei has a talk with the Mayor of Kigali City about the construction situation

Kigali Urban Road Reconstruction and Expansion Project is 54.56km long in total. Its construction formally started in February, 2017; its construction period is 32 months and its owner is Kigali Municipal Government.

His Excellency Rao Hongwei said the project had an important significance in both improving the traffic condition and developing the economy of Kigali, and it could also provide jobs for 3000 local people, which effectively relieved the employment problems. Since CRBC took root in Rwanda over 40 years ago, it has made great contributions to improving the people's livelihood and national development of Rwanda.

The Mayor of Kigali City said the project would effectively improve the road capacity in the downtown of Kigali, make the travel of the local resident convenient, promote the development of the tourism industry and then drive the local economic development, so it was of great significance to improve the overall traffic condition of Kigali and even Rwanda. The construction of this project is awarded to CRBC because of the full trust in CRBC, and he hoped that CRBC could build the project to be another excellent project with high quality as always.
