On December 20, CRBC was rated as “AEO Enterprise” and the first batch of “Coordinator Enterprises of Beijing Customs” by Beijing Customs at the Certificate Awarding Ceremony for AEO Enterprises and Coordinator Pilot Enterprises” organized by Beijing Customs. CRBC Vice President Liu Jingbo accepted the certificate on behalf of CRBC.

AEO Certificate

Authorized Economic Operator (“AEO”) is a mechanism introduced by the World Customs Organization with a view to achieve the goals in Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade, form partnership between customs and business circles, secure and facilitate the global trade. As the highest rank of customs credit management, AEO advanced certification represents the highest affirmation of the General Administration of Customs of P.R. China to the enterprises’ law compliance, credit status and safety level. Enterprises with AEO advanced certificate may enjoy certain privileges in customs clearance, inspection frequency, trustworthy joint incentive, etc.

“Coordinator Enterprises of Beijing Customs” is the first initiative launched by Beijing Customs to help some key AEO advanced enterprises. Under this initiative, Beijing Customs will assign specific individuals to offer corresponding enterprises assistance and guidance.

Facing this opportunity, CRBC will further enhance its export management, perfect the export control system and improve its comprehensive management capability, thus laying a solid foundation for the expansion of its overseas businesses.
