CRBC Signed a MOU on Investment Cooperation of Batam Bintan Bridge

On March 23, CRBC successfully signed a memorandum of cooperation for investment in Batam Bintan Bridge Project with Indonesia Company PT. Hutama Karya and Korean Company DL E&C., Ltd.

The three parties expressed their strong willingness to cooperate in this Project and agreed to carry out comprehensive and in-depth research and exchanges in the fields of technology, economy and financing, so as to further deepen the cooperative relations among the three parties and make joint efforts to promote the early implementation of the Project.

The Batam Bintan Bridge is located in Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. It consists of three sea-crossing bridges and connecting roads. The total length of the Project is 14.763 km, including 7.028 km of sea-crossing bridge with a main span of 536 meters. After completion, it will become the longest bridge with the longest span in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the Batam Bintan Sea-Crossing Bridge will connect the two main islands of Riau Islands Province into one, which is of great significance to the local economic development.
