From February 13 to 19, during the Chinese New Year holiday, Wang Lijun, Deputy Party Secretary and President of CRBC, led a delegation to project sites in Algeria to extend Spring Festival greetings to frontline employees and attend business activities. The delegation visited employees working through the holiday, presented them with festive gifts, and expressed sincere gratitude for their dedication. The deep care and best wishes from CRBC and their families brought warmth to these employees in the cold winter.

On February 16 and 17, around Chinese New Year’s Eve, Wang Lijun and the delegation visited the office and residential quarters of CRBC Algeria Branch and the 121 Railway Project, inspected the construction site, and joined the staff for a New Year dinner. During the visits, Wang Lijun listened attentively to the needs of frontline employees, gained a full understanding of on-site challenges, and delivered CRBC’s sincere care to every member. He praised and thanked the overseas staff for putting the overall collective interests above personal family concerns, staying far from their families, and fulfilling their duties with commitment overseas. “Thank you for your hard work! Happy Year of the Horse!” These warm greetings, sincere thanks, along with a steaming hotpot dinner, not only dispelled the winter chill but also brought the leadership and frontline employees closer together.

During the Spring Festival holiday, Wang Lijun shared his expectations with overseas frontline employees, encouraging them to forge ahead with renewed vigor and determination in the year ahead, strengthen the foundation of CRBC’s overseas development through responsibility and commitment, and contribute even more to CRBC’s global expansion and high-quality growth. He also urged employees to prioritize their personal safety, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and take good care of themselves while fulfilling their duties. He called on relevant departments to provide solid logistical support for overseas staff and properly address the practical needs of employees and their families, ensuring that everyone can work with peace of mind, celebrate the holiday warmly, and feel the deep care of CRBC.

During his visit, Wang Lijun held business meetings to advance work on the 121 Railway Project and made strategic arrangements for market development of key projects.

Second, CRBC shall revise project schedules and refine boundary conditions. It shall take an objective view of existing problems and challenges facing the project, fully identify risk factors, formulate targeted solutions, think ahead and take proactive actions to promote efficient project performance as soon as possible.
