CRBC Holds Annual Conference on Business Target Setting, Responsibility Agreement Signing and Awards Presentation

On February 11, CRBC held the Annual Conference on Business Target Setting, Responsibility Agreement Signing and Awards Presentation in Beijing. The conference was presided over by Ye Chengyin, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of CRBC, and attended by Du Fei, Party Secretary and Chairman of CRBC, Wang Lijun, Deputy Party Secretary and President of CRBC, and other leadership team members based in Beijing.

At the conference, attendees reaffirmed the guiding principles from the annual work conferences of CCCG and CRBC, centering on CCCG’s “666” Strategic Framework and “1545” Strategic Goals , along with CRBC’s “Three Stabilities, Three Transformations, and Six Upgrades” development philosophy and the “123456” implementation pathway. With a focus on the “Two Foundations and Four Priorities” work theme and the “Six-in-One” work system, they released the 2026 production and business targets — setting clear tasks and goals for CRBC to secure a strong start for high-quality development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and its efforts to become a world-class enterprise.


Senior executives of CRBC signed the “Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Responsibility Commitment”, the “Production and Business Operation Responsibility Commitment”, and the “Confidentiality Work Responsibility Commitment” with representatives from nine entities. They called on all units to uphold CRBC’s corporate culture of being down-to-earth and upright in conduct, and passionate and accountable in work, forging ahead in their respective roles to drive CRBC’s steady, sound high-quality development.

The conference commended the following outstanding entities and individuals: the “2025 Outstanding Entities in Operational Efficiency”, the “2025 Advanced Units and Individuals”, the “2025 Overseas Dedication Award”, the “2025 Safe Civilized Production Units”, and the “2025 Peace Model Individuals”. The conference also highlighted the industry and group-level honors CRBC obtained in 2025. CRBC called on all staff to stay motivated and work with dedication, while encouraging award-winning teams and individuals to take pride in their achievements, build on them, and turn recognition into momentum, empowering CRBC’s efforts to become a world-class enterprise.

The conference called on all staff to enhance their political standing, act with greater resolve and initiative, ensure effective implementation of decisions, and uphold CRBC’s excellent corporate culture and values, thus contributing to its high-quality development and supporting CCCG’s accelerated transformation into a world-class enterprise defined by its “Five Comprehensive Layouts, Four Strategic Pillars, Five Development Orientations” strategy.


Attendees included CRBC’s chief engineers, assistant general managers, full-time senior experts, heads of all headquarters departments and business divisions, as well as heads and financial principals of all overseas institutions.
