Transport Minister of Senegal Inspects THIES-TOUBA Toll Expressway Project

On September 4, Mansour Elimane KANE- Minister of Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transports and Improved Regional Transport of Senegal led a working group to inspect the THIES-TOUBA Toll Expressway Project (ETUDES ET TRAVAUX DE L’AUTOROUTE A PEAGE THIES-TOUBA, THIES-TOUBA Project) undertaken by CRBC in the company of Director of General Office of Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transports and Improved Regional Transport of Senegal, Director of the Highway Administration, Chairman of Road Maintenance Foundation, and Zhang Jianguo- CRBC Deputy Chief Economic Director and General Manager of Senegal Office.

Transport Minister Inspects the Girder Installation

The Minister inspects the girder installation of PK0 Bridge, expressed his satisfaction with all the measures taken by CRBC in safe construction and housekeeping, and fully recognized CRBC’s excellent construction management level.

After listening to the reports on the progress, local employment, performance of social responsibilities, etc. made by the relevant personnel, the Minister highly praised the great efforts made by CRBC for the Project and its active role in performing its CSR in Senegal. He noted that the Project has been advanced than the current schedule, and hoped that the goal of opening of the first ten kilometers could be achieved in this October. Meanwhile, he believed that the Project can be handed over by the end of 2018 as scheduled with the great efforts for CRBC’s professional teams.
