In 2002, the company won the lump-sum contract for Section B of Shenzhen River Regulation Project (Phase 3) of Shenzhen River Regulation Office of Shenzhen Municipal Government. Shenzhen River Regulation Office is the owner for Shenzhen River Regulation Project entrusted by Shenzhen Municipal Government, and is mainly responsible for daily management.

With a total length of about 1,800m, Section B of Shenzhen River Regulation Project (Phase 3) involves the regulation of watercourse from Luohu Port to Man Kam To Port, as well as the rehabilitation of transit facilities in Man Kam To Port. The Project was commenced on July 26, 2002, and completed on March 6, 2006. During construction, the urban development and port planning of both Shenzhen and Hong Kong were considered, so as to satisfy the needs for dredging, vessel traffic and future development of the Shenzhen River, and improve the environment on both banks. Finally, the goal of daily vehicle flow of 10,000 sets and passenger flow of 3,000 person times in Wan Kam To Port is achieved, significantly promoting the communication and economic development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
