CRBC Vice President Du Fei Attends the 8th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum

From June 1 to 2, the 8th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum was held in Macao. Following the theme of “Cooperating for Multi-innovative, Industrial-linkage and Sustainable Infrastructure”, the Forum focused on the future cooperative development in international infrastructures centering on such hot topics as major initiatives and international cooperation on production capacity, infrastructure construction and industrial development, financial innovation and industrial investment cooperation, smart city and sustainable infrastructure development, etc.

At the Forum, CRBC Vice President Du Fei attended the Theme Forum titled “Jointly Promote the Connectivity of Infrastructures in Latin America”. He noted that, as for the connectivity of infrastructures between China and Latin America, it is necessary to keep people-to-people bond in addition to infrastructure connectivity, and that efforts shall be made to promote the livelihood projects with strategic significance, perform the social responsibilities, and focus on the sustainable development of the projects. He also appealed other countries in Latin America to sign inter-state investment and trade agreements as soon as possible to add enterprises’ confidence in overseas investment.

CRBC President Assistant Ye Chengyin attended the parallel forum titled “Focus on East Africa and Britain”, and introduced the projects undertaken by CRBC in Africa, as well as the cooperation between CRBC and British enterprises in East Africa and in combination with his years of overseas work experience.

At the signing ceremony, CRBC signed the MOU with Mozambique National Roads Administration (ANE) for Maintenance of SAVE River Suspension Bridge and Built the New River Bridge in EN1.
