Laos Office Organizes a Memorial Ceremony to Recall the Laos-aided Chinese Martyrs

From April 1 to 3, the representatives of Laos Office of CRBC, together with political counselor Wu Zhiwu of Chinese embassy in Laos and deputy director Xi Kun of Laos-China Cooperation Committee, went to Chinese Martyrs Cemetery to recall the revolutionary martyrs and offers wreaths to them.

Chinese government sent over 110 thousand people in total to build roads and bridges for people of Laos from 1962 to 1978. During the war years, the Laos-aided predecessors sacrificed their precious lives to complete the holy mission dispatched by the Party and Motherland and made an indelible contribution to the friendship between China and Laos.
