Vice Chairman Li Ruogu of China Foundation for Peace and Development Calls on Vice Prime Minister Somsavat of Laos in the Company of CRBC Vice President Liu Hong

On the evening of November 28, Vice Chairman Li Ruogu of China Foundation for Peace and Development called on Vice Prime Minister Somsavat Lengsavad in Luang Prabang in the company of CRBC Vice President Liu Hong. Mr. Liu Hong had an in-depth communication with Vice Prime Minister Somsavat on the projects CRBC was promoting in Laos.

Mr. Liu Hong first gave a detailed report on the implementation of Pakbeng Mekong River Bridge Project to Vice Prime Minister Somsavat, and said CRBC would ensure the successful completion of this project in the end of next February according to the established scientific and reasonable construction design scheme.

Besides, he said along with the promotion of the belt and road initiative of China and the practice of China-Laos Railway project, the relation between two countries would be closer, and that CRBC was willing to have a deeper cooperation with the government of Laos in the infrastructure construction field.

Vice Prime Minister Somsavat said that CRBC had an extensive influence in the infrastructure construction field in Southeast Asia, and he hoped that CRBC could further participate in the future infrastructure construction of Laos and make contributions to the economic development of Laos.
