President Xi Jinping Witnesses CRBC’s Signing the Construction Cooperation Agreement on NR 11 Reconstruction Project in Cambodia

On October 13, jointly witnessed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Sen, CRBC President Lu Shan and Sun Chanthol –Minister of Road Works and Transport of Cambodia signed the construction cooperation agreement on the Chinese concessional loan project - NR 11 Reconstruction Project in Cambodia.

NR 11 Reconstruction Project in Cambodia, located in the middle part of Cambodia, is a sub-trunk road connecting the trunk roads NR 1 and NR 7 of Cambodia which is 96.481km long in total. It is designed according to the standard for second-class highways. The construction of this project can improve the radial road network of Cambodia, greatly enhance the function of roads in the middle part of Cambodia, improve the traffic condition of Cambodia and benefit the local people. This project is of great significance to the economic and social development of Cambodia and deepening the friendship between China and Cambodia.

Afterwards, the general director of Cambodia, Zhanjinsheng, on behalf of CRBC, attended the talk between President Xi Jinping and the Chinese enterprises in Cambodia.
