CRBC Vice President Liu Hong Pays A Working Visit to Malaysia

From August 2 to 4, CRBC Vice President Liu Hong paid a working visit to Malaysia, and visited Malaysia Office for work inspection and guidance.

During the visit, CRBC Vice President Liu Hong went to Malaysia Office for work guidance. He listened to the work report by the Office, and proposed requirements for work of the Office.

CRBC Vice President Liu Hong signed the commercial contract for CADANGAN MEMBINA DAN MENYIAPKAN FASA 1 with The developer managering director Chen Cheong Fat of Sanjung Merpati Sdn. Bhd in Kuala Lumpur on behalf of CRBC, and negotiated about the promotion of Phase 2 project. The Project mainly involves the construction of 433 double storey terraces, as well as their auxiliary works, including roads, pipelines, water towers, sewage pump stations, etc. The signing of contract for the Project is of great significance for expanding the markets in Malaysia.

CRBC Vice President Liu Hong also visited Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin- Deputy Minister of Ministry of Public Works, Malaysia (JKR). Both parties exchanged views on the businesses in Malaysia, cooperation mode and key tracked projects. CRBC Vice President Liu Hong also visited CCCC Malaysia Office for investigation and survey.

During the visit, CRBC Vice President Liu Hong visited the construction site of CADANGAN MEMBINA DAN MENYIAPKAN FASA 1 for work guidance, and met with（JAKS RESOURCES BERHAD）CEO-Ang Lam Poah.
