Chairman Wen Gang Calls on Senegal’s President Macky Sall
On July 14, CRBC Chairman Wen Gang called on Senegal’s President Macky Sall during his working visit to Senegal, and they had an in-depth communication about CRBC’s business development in Senegal. His Excellency Zhang Xun, the Chinese Ambassador to Senegal also participated.

Chairman Wen Gang said Senegal was a market attracting much attention of CRBC in West Africa and that CRBC was willing to share the experience of China constructing the highway network with the government of Senegal, explore multiple possible cooperation models about the construction and operation of the highway network and national road and bridge laboratory, and make contributions to the infrastructure construction of Senegal with the technical colleagues of Senegal. He also said that while developing the business in Senegal, CRBC would also pay attention to the local livelihood, fulfill the social responsibility and actively participate in public welfare undertakings and financially assist the international students to learn the engineering technology in China. Moreover, he introduced the progress of Thies-Touba Toll Highway Project which was being constructed by CRBC and said CRBC would complete it on schedule with quality guaranteed.
In the talk, President Sall said that Thies-Touba Toll Highway Project has been recognized for its progress and the government of Senegal highly praised various responsible performances of CRBC in Senegal and was willing to support CRBC to participate in the infrastructure construction of Senegal through various models and wish CRBC a significant development in Senegal.
