Introduction
China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) Hong Kong Branch was established in Hong Kong in March, 1988. After over 20 years’ operation, it has developed to be a comprehensive enterprise integrating engineering construction, industrial investment, real estate development, infrastructure investment and port investment as a whole.
It holds all the five highest-level construction licenses - License C issued by Hong Kong Development Bureau Works Branch, covering the area of Road & Drainage, Building, Port Works, Site Formation, and Water Works, and also the new building NW1 license issued by Hong Kong Housing Authority.
Several projects constructed by CRBC Hong Kong Branch won several awards. For example, Hong Kong West Kowloon Expressway Project won Chinese Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award, and Shenzhen River Regulation Project (jointly implemented by Hong Kong and Shenzhen) IIIB Contract Section won Dayu Award of Ministry of Water Resources of China.

Main Activities
Awarding gold medals to local employees working for CRBC for over 5 years
On May 4, 2017, Tuen Mum Toll Plaza Project of HZMB Project won the Gold Construction Industry Awards out of Excellent Performance in Environmental Protection, which was presented by Chun-ying Leung, Chief Executive of Hong Kong SAR. The award is known as the Oscar Award in the field of environmental protection in Hong Kong, and represents CRBC’s full affirmation to Hong Kong’s excellent performance in environmental protection.
CRBC Hong Kong Branch organized the essay competition themed by “Our Kai Tak River” for middle and primary schools along the Kai Tak River during the construction of Kai Tak River Project. A total of over 200 pieces of essays were received from the middle school students and pupils who indicate the history, present situation and future of the Kai Tak River in their articles. Moreover, CRBC Hong Kong Branch also drew their paintings on the enclosures of the Project as a featured element.
